COMMISSION OVERVIEW

A commissioned painting is a collaborative process designed to create a piece that feels considered, personal, and well suited to your space. Each work is developed individually in my studio and remains entirely one of a kind.

The information below outlines availability, process, sizing, and pricing.


STARTING A COMMISSION

When submitting an inquiry, please include the following:

Artistic direction
I am currently accepting commission requests for abstract dots, stripes, florals, water lilies, and landscapes done in my typical style and interpretation.

Preferred size
Commissions begin at 30 × 30. Standard sizes and pricing are listed below. Custom dimensions may be available and are subject to additional pricing.

Orientation
Horizontal or vertical.

Color direction
General palette preferences or tones you’re drawn to. Photos of your space, furnishings, or materials are helpful.

Portfolio references
A few examples of my work that resonate with you help establish tone, movement, and overall energy. These references guide the process but are never replicated.

AVAILABILITY

My commission calendar is intentionally limited to preserve the integrity and rhythm of my studio practice, and I am not able to accept every request.

THE COMMISSION PROCESS

All commissioned paintings are created on gallery-wrapped canvas with finished edges and arrive ready to hang unframed.

Commissions are accepted 30 × 30 and larger.

At this time, framing is not offered. Clients may choose to display the work as-is or frame independently. I am happy to recommend a simple, cost-effective, and reliable online custom framing service if desired.

Shipping is available within the United States and to select international countries. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, and estimates can be provided prior to scheduling. Local delivery may be available. 

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your commission once the size is confirmed. A secure payment link will be provided.

Once the painting reaches completion, images will be shared for review. Adjustments may be requested at that stage. After approval, the remaining balance plus shipping will be invoiced, and the artwork will be prepared for delivery.

Commissions are scheduled based on the order in which deposits are received. Because each piece is created individually, timelines vary and will be provided upon booking.
